5. The selected teams have to bring a soft copy of the paper on a cd or pen drive and 2 hard copies of paper on the day of presentation of paper.
6. Decision of the judges and the event heads shall be treated as final and binding on all and cannot be contested.

Procedure:

1. The abstact should not exceed 100 words.
2. The abstarct should be in IEEE format.
3. The paper should be in IEEE format.
4. The soft copy content should not exceed 5MB.
5. The presentation should be of 10 minutes with 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for viva.
